Basic Conference Room Design: A Webinar

In many conference spaces, technology is required to improve the overall quality and intelligibility of a conference call. While there are best practices in the selection and implementation of audiovisual equipment, one of the most important elements is often ignored. The physical characteristics of the room can mean the difference between a setting that is conducive to great conferencing or one that presents insurmountable challenges.

Basic Conference Room Design

In this webinar, we will cover the elements of a room that present challenges when setting up a conferencing system and offer solutions to help alleviate some of the acoustical phenomena that produce them. We will share best practices in designing the space and selecting materials that optimize room acoustics to ensure that you receive the maximum value from the system.
